Since its inception, Sofi has been focused on technology and social justice. This combination allows us to constantly evolve, learn, and explore new fields. We choose our clients consciously and intentionally, with broad consensus among the cooperative's members, driven by the understanding that we must promote, strengthen, and develop organizations and non-profits that make our world a better place.

Behind our work is a professional team specializing in development, design, UX/UI, and product management, with years of experience. A key component of our work is mental flexibility, along with the ability to work with an agile and creative approach. We have mastery over a wide range of tools and technologies, allowing us to solve complex technological challenges through experience, entrepreneurial thinking, and a genuine passion for what we do.

As a cooperative, Sofi is fully owned by its employees. We operate under a flat management model where decisions are made by consensus. Our business model is based on the fair distribution of profits among employees, while maintaining a competitive edge in the market and providing innovative technological solutions for our clients.

Our team consists of senior professionals with extensive market experience: developers, project managers, UX/UI designers, and product architects. We are a diverse group of women and men, Jews and Arabs, from all across the country.
