Sunny - Sunshine Project
Hi Neta 👋 My name is Sunny, I'm a digital representative for the Sunshine Project. I understand you were interested in volunteering with us, and I'd love to help you take the next step. Can I ask you a few questions?
Tuesday
Neta, we are continuing to recruit high-quality volunteers for our activities and it would be great to have you with us. Would you like to move forward? Shall I tell you about the process?
Thursday
Hi again, how are things? I see you weren't able to reply, but we would love to continue the process. Whenever you're ready, I'm here. Have a great day!
👍🏼 Sorry, I'd like to move forward
Great. So first of all, what is your last name?
Neta Ronen
Nice to meet you! How old are you? And where are you from?
Hadera, 42
Thank you. Let me tell you a little about us:
Project Sunshine is an international non-profit organization operating in the US, Canada, Kenya, and Israel. In Israel, we operate in five medical centers.
We work only with children, of all ages and from all backgrounds. In hospitals, our volunteers go from bed to bed with a cart full of arts and crafts, games, and more, engaging with each child in whatever way suits them best. In the kindergartens, we work alongside the staff, helping with games, crafts, storytelling, and building personal connections with the children.
Our activity centers are:
- Hospitals: Rambam Haifa, Meir Hospital Kfar Saba, Schneider Hospital Petah Tikva, Tel Hashomer Hospital.
- Kindergartens: Spivak kindergartens for children with cerebral palsy in Ramat Gan, and a diagnostic kindergarten for children on the spectrum within Tel Hashomer.
At which hospital or kindergarten would you like to volunteer?
Schneider
Wonderful! We're moving forward 🤗
A few more things that are important to know:
- Volunteering takes place only on Fridays, and we ask volunteers for one Friday a month, with a commitment for one year of activity.
- You must attend a one-time, 3-hour training session, which also takes place on Fridays.
- According to Ministry of Health guidelines, everyone volunteering in hospitals must complete a vaccination protocol. This requires a visit to a vaccination clinic with your vaccination record, and we will explain exactly how to do that.
Does everything work for you so far?
Yes
I'm not sure if I have a vaccination record
That's perfectly fine, it happens to a lot of people!
If you don't have a vaccination record, just ask your family doctor for a referral for a blood test to check for antibodies. You take the test results to the vaccination clinic, and that replaces the need for the record.
Is that okay with you?
Great
Excellent 😊 I'd love to hear a little about you – have you volunteered in any capacity before?
Yes, I volunteered and instructed at MADA for about 4 years
Okay, great! It looks like we're a match 😀
The next step is some paperwork - I'm sending you a few forms via email with detailed instructions on how to fill everything out. It requires a bit of work, but it will allow us to ensure the children receive safe and quality care, and will enable you to join our wonderful group of volunteers 💝
What is your email address?
netaronen20@gmail.com
Thanks! Before we continue, what is your ID number? (Required by hospitals for volunteering purposes)
02352338
Thank you very much, Neta. And just to be sure, what is your gender? I'm asking because it will help me provide you with the correct forms.
Male
Excellent, thanks! So I'm also attaching a very simple form regarding the absence of sex offenses, which you can have signed through a quick process at your nearest police station.
I am emailing you all the forms now with precise instructions. Once we receive all the signed forms, we will invite you to the first volunteer meeting, and from there, you'll begin volunteering 🎉☀️
I was very happy to speak with you, and welcome to the Project Sunshine family ♥️
Sunday
Hi again, how are things? How is it going with the forms, are you managing?
Hi - I've printed them - I'll go over everything during the holiday - in principle, I'm already vaccinated - I got vaccinated 3 months ago.
That's great, thanks for the update! If you've been vaccinated recently, it might definitely make the process easier. Mention it at the hospital's vaccination clinic, and they will sign the form for you there.
If you need any help or further explanation regarding the process, I'm here.
Thanks, I'll keep you posted.
With pleasure! 😊

Agent Linoy - Lobby 99
Yesterday
Hi Elisha, I'm Linoy (not Linor 😊), the AI bot for Lobby 99. I see you've been interested in joining us over the last few days, and I'd be happy to provide more details. For 9 years now, we have been achieving tremendous results for the public, working tirelessly to protect every citizen's wallet, and doing everything possible to prevent serious backroom deals that happen due to a lack of public attention, which is exploited by wealthy individuals and corporations.
I would be happy to write a bit more to you, is that okay?
I have some reservations about the words of the woman I saw in the ad—I don't know her name(?).
I got the impression that she holds socialist views, while I tend to lean more towards capitalist ones. That is why I re-evaluated my support for Lobby 99 after looking into it more deeply—what is behind the lobby, the people, and their political and social views?
Thank you for sharing so honestly; it is very important for us to hear every thought and concern. The woman you saw in the ad is likely Linor Deutsch, CEO of Lobby99. Regarding the organization's worldview—Lobby99 is an independent organization, non-partisan and not affiliated with any political side. Our goal is to promote the broad public interest, regardless of right or left, capitalism or socialism.
The issues we handle are chosen through democratic votes by all our members, who come from all across the political and social spectrum. We focus primarily on protecting the public's wallet, transparency, fighting corruption, and safeguarding natural resources—not out of a specific economic ideology, but out of a desire for the state to be managed for the benefit of all citizens.
Does the lobby also work on the issue of privatizing the automotive market in Israel? Currently, about five families hold the import of vehicles to Israel in their hands. That is why I believe cars here are very expensive.
That is a very important question! Currently, I don't have information on specific Lobby99 activity regarding the privatization of the automotive market or import concentration, but I do know that we generally work on issues related to the cost of living, import reforms, and increasing market competition—including adding hundreds of products to the import reform to lower prices for the public.
If the automotive market issue is raised as a proposal by our members, it can certainly be reviewed and prioritized in our democratic votes. Every issue we promote is chosen by the members themselves.
If you'd like, I can pass your question on to a team member to check if anything is planned in this area, or to consider raising it as a proposal for future activity.
What do you think?
No need for now. I would love to receive a list of the issues you handled this past year. And an example of how you managed to make an impact?
Gladly! Here are a few examples of issues we handled over the past year, along with examples of our real-world impact:
We stopped corporations and tycoons from receiving hundreds of millions in war compensation—funds that would have come at the public's expense.
We saved the public 2.6 billion NIS in pension savings over the next five years.
We helped pass a tax amendment that forced ICL to pay an additional 1.78 billion NIS—money that goes back to the state.
We worked to include 600 products in the import reform, which is expected to save billions and lower prices.
We continue to fight for the state's share of Dead Sea profits, ensuring this resource remains public property rather than disappearing.
All these issues and many more were chosen by the lobby's members, and our successes are thanks to their support.
You can see a full breakdown of all our achievements and issues here:
https://lobby99.org.il/achievements/
If there is a specific area that interests you in particular, I would be happy to elaborate!
No. I'm just trying to get an impression of Lobby 99's activities
Wonderful 🦄 Your questions are excellent and important! Is there another area of activity that we aren't currently handling that you would like to promote?
Today
Hi! I'm reaching out to you again; I understand that it didn't work out for you to chat last time. By the way, if you would prefer that we don't contact you anymore, it's important for us to know. Are you okay with us continuing?
Why 99? In the organization's name
What a great question!
The name "Lobby99" was chosen because it symbolizes the idea that we act on behalf of the 99% of the public – everyone who is not part of the top one percent or the major capital holders.
The goal is to represent the interests of the vast majority of citizens, rather than a small group with power and influence.
If you are curious about anything else regarding the name or anything else at all, I would be happy to answer!
Thanks for the information. I would like to set up a recurring monthly donation; how do I do that?
Please send me a link
Excellent, it's truly exciting that you've decided to join and support Lobby 99! Here is the link where you can sign up and choose a monthly donation: https://bit.ly/4hvryZN
I'm so happy for your support; it really helps us continue our work for the public. Is it working for you?
It worked, thanks
Wonderful 🦄 We're so happy to have you with us! And thank you for your interest – we truly don't take it for granted.
Have a great day!

Sophie - Agenda Financial Solutions
Hi Or, good evening 🌿 I'm Sophie, the AI representative for the Agenda Financial Solutions service team. I've reviewed your data and wanted to let you know that it's time to schedule a periodic service meeting with Amit, who manages your account, to ensure optimal performance.
It is important for me to emphasize that there is potential for several changes to your portfolio that could have a significant impact down the road. May I write to you briefly about this?
Hi, what do you think? I promise to keep it brief. May I explain the purpose of the meeting?
Sorry, I missed your message
No problem, thanks for getting back to me! 😊
Just a quick reminder—I reviewed your data and saw there is room to look into improvements for your insurance and pension portfolio, which could significantly impact your financial future.
Would you like me to briefly explain what we can review together?
Yes, I'd like to know the purpose of the meeting
I'd be happy to!
The purpose of the periodic service meeting is to ensure your portfolio is perfectly tailored to your current needs and to see if existing terms can be improved.
During the meeting, we check, among other things:
Can management fees be reduced to save money over time
Adjusting investment tracks and pension products
Updating insurance coverage based on life changes (family, career, health status)
Ensuring your savings and insurance policies are truly working in your favor
Leveraging tax benefits or recent upgrades
It’s a check that doesn't require any changes, but sometimes even a small update can add up to tens of thousands of shekels in the future and provide a lot of peace of mind.
Would you like me to arrange a quick call to check on that for you?
Yes, that's possible
Great! I'm notifying our team to get in touch with you to schedule the meeting. Thank you so much for your time and cooperation ✨
Okay, thanks
My pleasure! If you have any more questions later on, I'm here for anything you need. Have a pleasant and peaceful day 🌿

Hi, this is Nadav from YDM Distribution Solutions 🚛 You were interested in using our shipping services, right?
Hi, yes
Excellent, I'd love to learn a bit more so I can tailor the service to you. What industry is your business in?
Pet food
Great, we already have quite a few clients in this field, such as Karov LaTeva, Smart Pet, and Dogo. Where is your business located?
Herzliya
Got it, thanks. Roughly how many shipments do you have each month?
It depends on the price; with a good price, I could easily reach 150-250
Is this volume consistent throughout the year, or are there months with more or fewer shipments?
Hard to say
Sure, no problem. Would you like to hear about our pricing? 💰
Yes
Excellent, then it would be most cost-effective for you to purchase the package of up to 250 shipments - 38 NIS per shipment. All prices are before VAT. All packages are valid for use for up to a full year. Would you like one of our agents to contact you to answer any further questions and move forward? 😊
I saw an ad for a single shipment for 24 NIS
I understand. Our prices vary depending on the volume of shipments. Would you like one of our agents to contact you to review the options and find the best service for you?
Yes
Great, I'll have one of our agents reach out to you as soon as possible. If you have any more questions, I'm here. Thanks so much for your time! Have a wonderful day 😁

Shira - The Fourth Quarter
Hi Zvi, my name is Shira and I’m an AI activist for the Fourth Quarter. I’m reaching out to you as part of an initiative the Fourth Quarter is currently promoting, and we could use your help.
The Fourth Quarter has been working for a long time on the "Three Steps" plan for an agreed-upon resolution to the constitutional-legal crisis in Israel. As part of an experiment we are conducting, I would like to ask you a few brief questions here about the framework we drafted. It would be a huge help to us. Are you up for it?
Sure thing
Thank you very much!
Let’s start with a few quick questions to understand where you’re coming from:
How familiar are you with the framework?
1 - Fully familiar
2 - Moderate familiarity
3 - No familiarity at all
3
Great!
I’d love to briefly walk you through the main points of the plan and hear your thoughts on each one. Does that work for you?
Yes
Great, thanks for being open to this!
First of all, the "three-stage" framework was built with the goal of finding a broad and agreed-upon solution to the constitutional-legal crisis in Israel, one that all sides can live with in peace. It emphasizes connection, balance, and representation of all voices, based on the belief that it is possible to reach agreements even on the most sensitive issues.
How does that sound to you as a general approach?
Cool
Excellent!
So let's start with the first stage – the "tourniquet."
This stage focuses on stopping the immediate crisis and establishing clear ground rules between the branches of government:
Enacting Basic Laws – only by a large majority and through a special procedure, to ensure that fundamental rules are not easily changed.
Appointment of judges – only by broad consensus among all parties, so that no side has an automatic majority.
Striking down laws and government decisions – only by a decision of a large majority of judges, to ensure balance.
Regulating the status of government legal counsel – determining when legal opinions are binding and when they are not, and also allowing for independent government representation in court.
What do you think about the idea of clear rules and such checks and balances in the first stage?
Looks good
Thanks!
Let's move to the second level – here the focus is on strengthening the Knesset and increasing the checks and balances between the branches of government:
The Knesset will gain more power to oversee the government, for example by increasing the number of Knesset members, strengthening committee work, and limiting the number of government ministries.
The electoral system will change: every citizen will be able to vote not only for a party but also for specific candidates from the list (semi-open ballot), and there will be reserved spots to ensure diverse representation.
The Prime Minister's term will be limited to 8 years (starting from the next Knesset), and there will be restrictions on criminal proceedings against them during their term, except in severe cases.
The head of the largest party will be the first to receive the mandate to form a government.
How do you feel about the idea of strengthening the Knesset and increasing the accountability of elected officials to the citizens?
Absolutely appropriate and correct.
Great, thanks for the feedback!
Let's move on to the third level – this involves creating a new constitutional balance for the long term:
Completing the Bill of Rights – adding rights such as equality, freedom of speech, and freedom of religion to the Basic Laws.
Reducing court involvement in political decisions – for example, limiting standing (who can petition the High Court of Justice) and narrowing the reasonableness standard.
The Knesset will be given the authority to oversee senior appointments instead of the court deciding, in certain cases.
The idea is to ensure rights for everyone, while also balancing the power of the authorities and reducing unnecessary friction.
How do you feel about this stage? Is there anything that concerns you, or do you see an advantage in it?
Everything is fine except for interference in the court system. The court must remain free from any pressure or coercion in order to provide the oversight that is a vital necessity in our country.
Thank you very much for your honesty and balanced response!
The proposal truly attempts to find a balance between maintaining the independence of the court and providing space for the Knesset and the government, with the understanding that each branch has an important role.
The intention is not to weaken the court, but to create a system based on mutual trust, where major decisions are made by broad consensus – so that the court continues to protect rights while also operating in balance with the other branches of government.
I will pass your comment on to the team – that is a very important point.
Do you have any other thoughts or questions about the proposal, or anything you would like to emphasize?
On the face of it, it seems reasonable and correct
Great.
Before we finish, I’d like to ask a few quick questions again to see if your feelings have changed:
How do you feel about the proposal?
1 - Very positive
2 - Positive
3 - Neutral
4 - Negative
5 - Very negative
1
Thank you!
Are you interested in helping to promote the plan?
1 - Yes
2 - No
1
Thank you very much!
Finally, how was your experience talking to me about the plan?
1 - Very positive
2 - Positive
3 - Neutral
4 - Negative
5 - Very negative
1
Thank you very much, Zvi!
It was a pleasure speaking with you. Your feedback is very helpful in understanding how the public perceives the plan and how we can continue to improve it.
Please let me know if you would like to stay involved or receive updates.
Have a great rest of your day!
I would definitely like to be kept updated on the details
That's great, thank you so much for wanting to be involved!
I will make sure you are contacted later with updates and more information on the progress of the framework and the fourth quarter's activities.

Matti - Envelope
Hi Matti, I’d like a price quote for food stalls/food trucks for an event with 120 people
Hi! I’d be happy to help with a price quote for food stalls for an event with 120 guests. We have a variety of food stalls – meat, dairy, parve, and sweet.
What are you interested in? (You can select multiple types)
Meat, dairy, parve, or sweet?
Do you have fish or only meat?

Sure! We have really delicious fish and chips😋
What else is there? Must be kosher
All our stands are kosher under the supervision of the Rishon LeZion Rabbinate.
Our meat and vegetarian selection includes:
Hamburger stand
Hot dog stand
Shawarma stand
Arayes stand
Chili con carne stand
BBQ
Fish and chips (vegetarian)
Turkish burekas stand
Lahmacun stand
Fricassé stand
Toast stand
Burekas stand
Sabich stand
Druze pita stand
Shakshuka stand
Falafel stand
Malawach stand
Soup stand
Corn stand
Is there a specific stand that interests you in particular, or would you like to combine several stands?
If you have a preference for certain types of dishes or a specific style, I would be happy to know so I can refine the proposal.
Mix a few types :)
Great, you can combine several stands of your choice.
It is usually recommended to choose 3-4 main stands for an event of this size to provide variety and avoid congestion.
Do you have a preference for specific stands from the list, or would you like me to suggest a popular combination for similar events?
Falafel, hamburger, fish and chips, and something with more vegetables
Your choice is clear. Here is a suggested combination based on your request:
Falafel stand
Hamburger stand
Fish and chips stand
Vegetable stand – you can choose between a shakshuka stand, a soup stand, or adding grilled vegetables as part of the "Grill" stand (which also includes grilled vegetables).
Which vegetable option works best for you?
Shakshuka, soups, or grilled vegetables?
Grilled vegetables
Understood, we will add grilled vegetables as part of the "Grill" stand.
So to summarize, the quote includes:
Falafel stand
Hamburger stand
Fish and chips stand
Grill stand (including grilled vegetables)
Just to refine the quote – would you like the price for each stand separately, or a total quote for the entire event?
In addition, do you need dessert or drink stands?
Each stand separately
No desserts or drinks
Better to have shawarma instead of vegetables
Can I see some photos?
Sure!

Here are the prices for your selected stations (prices include staff, equipment, ingredients, delivery, and full service):
Falafel station: 3,000 NIS + VAT (serves 60 guests; an additional station or a combination of other stations is required for 120 guests)
Hamburger station: 50 NIS + VAT per serving, 50-serving minimum
Fish and chips station: 3,000 NIS + VAT (serves 60 guests; an additional station or a combination of other stations is required for 120 guests)
Shawarma station: 75 NIS + VAT per serving, 50-serving minimum
For 120 guests, it is common to combine stations so that each guest receives one serving from each, or to choose main stations and add side dishes.
Would you like me to calculate an example of how to distribute the stations for 120 guests?
Or do you have a preference for how the servings are distributed?
Please provide prices including VAT
Here are the prices for your selected stations, including VAT:
Falafel station: 3,510 NIS (serves 60 guests; an additional station or a combination of other stations is required for 120 guests)
Hamburger station: 58.5 NIS per serving, 50-serving minimum
Fish and chips stand: 3,510 NIS (suitable for 60 participants; an additional stand or a combination of other stands must be ordered to accommodate 120 participants)
Shawarma stand: 87.75 NIS per portion, 50-portion minimum
If you'd like, I can calculate a total proposal for you based on a specific distribution of portions between the stands.
Do you have a preference for a specific distribution, or would you like me to suggest a standard one for 120 participants?
Standard distribution
For events with 120 participants, we usually recommend distributing the portions so that each participant can choose one main stand, while also offering free sides (for example, falafel as a free side alongside the main stands).
Here is an example of a standard distribution:
Hamburger stand: 60 portions × 58.5 NIS = 3,510 NIS
Shawarma stand: 60 portions × 87.75 NIS = 5,265 NIS
Fish and chips stand: Full stand for 60 participants = 3,510 NIS
Falafel stand: Full stand for 60 participants = 3,510 NIS
Total (for 120 participants, each participant chooses one main stand):
3,510 + 5,265 + 3,510 + 3,510 = 15,795 NIS
If you want each participant to be able to choose more than one stand, the quantities should be increased accordingly.
Would you like to move forward with this proposal, or are adjustments needed?
If this is relevant, we can proceed to collect the event details.
Calculate 100 hamburger portions
70 falafel
90 fish and chips
100 shawarma
Below is the calculation based on the quantities you requested (including VAT):
Hamburger stand: 100 servings × 58.5 NIS = 5,850 NIS
Falafel stand: 3,510 NIS (full stand for 70 participants; the price is fixed per stand for up to 60 servings; for 70 servings, please coordinate with a representative, but I will calculate based on one full stand)
Fish and chips stand: 3,510 NIS (full stand for 60 participants; for 90 servings, please coordinate with a representative, but I will calculate based on two stands: 2 × 3,510 = 7,020 NIS)
Shawarma stand: 100 servings × 87.75 NIS = 8,775 NIS
Subtotal:
Hamburger: 5,850 NIS
Falafel: 3,510 NIS
Fish and chips: 7,020 NIS
Shawarma: 8,775 NIS
Total: 25,155 NIS
Would you like to add children's game stations or game tables for adults to your order?
Great, what games do you have for kids?
Game tables: Wheel of Fortune, ping pong table
Multimedia stations: Sony 4, Sony 5, and XBOX consoles, arcade machine, replica arcade machine, panoramic multimedia screen, virtual reality, motorcycle simulator, dual driving simulator, dual gun simulator, digital pinball, giant Simon.
Magnet photo booth
Would you like to hear details or see photos of any of the items?
Do you have anything with gas and brake pedals?
We have a dual driving simulator that mimics driving with a steering wheel, gas and brake pedals, and a large screen.
Would you like to get details or see a photo of it?
Yes
Details and photo
You're welcome

Here is a dual driving simulator – 750 NIS.
The station includes a steering wheel, gas and brake pedals, and a large screen. It is suitable for both children and adults and comes with delivery and operating staff.
Would you like to add it to your order?
Yes, like this
Can I order 3 of these? Just to make sure there's enough space
Sure, no problem! I've added three dual driving simulators to the order.
Current order subtotal:
Hamburger: 5,850 NIS
Falafel: 3,510 NIS
Fish and chips: 7,020 NIS
Shawarma: 8,775 NIS
3 × Dual driving simulator (750 NIS each): 2,250 NIS
Total: 27,405 NIS (excluding VAT)
Continue to collect event details?
Yes, that sounds great
Where is the event taking place?
Haifa
What is the date of the event?
30.6
What time does the event start?
Starts at 5 PM
Thanks, I've received it.
Could you specify the type of surface in the area where the event will take place? (e.g., grass, floor, deck, outdoor or indoor area, etc.)
It is part grass and part venue floor
Is there a place near the venue to unload equipment?
Yes, of course
Is there accessible electricity in the area where the event will take place?

Hi Yaroslav,
The deadline for filing the 2023 annual report is here. We have prepared a short preparatory questionnaire – it takes about 15 minutes. You will be asked to attach documents, including certificates of your spouse's income and any additional income as an employee (if applicable). There is no need to re-upload expenses you have already sent.
To fill out the questionnaire:
https://rozareich.com/התחלת-תהליך-שליחת-דוח-שנתי
Hello. I can't open the link, maybe because I'm in India. I'll be back on May 8th – can I fill it out once I'm back in the country?
Yes, no problem filling it out when you return to the country. Have a great trip!
Thank you so much 🙏🏽😍
I'm back 😀 If I'm an exempt dealer, do I need to provide documents for private insurance or purchases? And what is a "withholding tax certificate"?
As an exempt dealer (Osek Patur), there is no need to submit private expenses like insurance or shopping – they are not tax-deductible. A "withholding tax certificate" is received from clients who are required to withhold tax from payments made to you. If you have worked with companies or public entities, they should provide you with such a certificate. If no tax was withheld from you, there is no need to submit one.
Thank you very much
I received a letter from the National Insurance Institute. Do I pay through you or directly?
National Insurance contributions are paid directly to the National Insurance Institute. We can help you check the demand notice and ensure you aren't being charged twice.
I received a payment demand for 8,000 NIS, but I have been an employee since July and have already submitted my pay slips. I am attaching the letter here.
📎 letter_354.pdf
Thanks for the letter. If you started working as an employee in July, the debt should only be for January through June. We recommend submitting your pay slips and the demand notice you received to the National Insurance Institute so they can correct the debt.
There is a mistake here – I paid the entire 2023 debt via standing order. I am attaching the receipt.
📎 receipt_54390.pdf
Thanks for receiving this. This confirms there is no debt for 2023. We will update the National Insurance Institute that the relevant debt is only for January–June 2024.
I am attaching two more documents from their system here.
📎 document_02.pdf
📎 document_03.pdf
We have received the documents. We will forward them to the National Insurance Institute to ensure your status as self-employed was terminated in July and that your employer has been paying for you since then. We will update you as soon as we receive a response.

Sunny - Sunshine Project
Hi Neta 👋 My name is Sunny, I'm a digital representative for the Sunshine Project. I understand you're interested in volunteering with us, and I'd love to help you take the next step. May I ask you a few questions?
Tuesday
Neta, we are continuing to recruit high-quality volunteers for our activities and it would be great to have you with us. Would you like to move forward? Shall I tell you about the process?
Thursday
Hi again, how are you? I see you weren't able to reply, but we would love to continue the process. I'm here whenever you're ready. Have a great day!
👍🏼 Sorry, I'd like to move forward
Great. First of all, what is your last name?
Neta Ronen
Nice to meet you! How old are you? And where are you from?
Hadera, 42
Thanks. Let me tell you a little about us:
Project Sunshine is an international non-profit operating in the US, Canada, Kenya, and Israel. In Israel, we operate in five medical centers.
We work exclusively with children of all ages and from all backgrounds. In hospitals, our volunteers go from bed to bed with a cart full of arts and crafts, games, and more, engaging with each child in whatever way suits them best. In kindergartens, we work alongside the staff, helping with games, crafts, storytelling, and building personal connections with the children.
Our activity centers are:
- Hospitals: Rambam Haifa, Meir Hospital Kfar Saba, Schneider Hospital Petah Tikva, Tel Hashomer Hospital.
- Kindergartens: Spivak kindergartens for children with cerebral palsy in Ramat Gan, and a diagnostic kindergarten for children on the spectrum at Tel Hashomer.
At which hospital or kindergarten would you like to volunteer?
Schneider
Wonderful! We're making progress 🤗
A few more things that are important to know:
- Volunteering takes place only on Fridays, and we ask volunteers for one Friday a month, with a commitment for one year of activity.
- You must attend a one-time 3-hour training session, which also takes place on Fridays.
- According to Ministry of Health guidelines, everyone who volunteers in hospitals must complete a vaccination protocol.
You can take the test results to the vaccination clinic, and that will serve as a substitute for the record.
Is that okay with you?
Awesome
Great! 😊 I'd love to hear a little about you – have you volunteered anywhere before?
Yes, I volunteered and instructed at MADA for about 4 years.
Okay, great! It looks like we have a match 😀
The next step is paperwork - I am emailing you several forms with detailed instructions on how to fill everything out. It requires a bit of work, but it will allow us to ensure the children receive safe and quality care, and will allow you to join our wonderful group of volunteers 💝
What is your email address?
netaronen20@gmail.com
Thanks! And before we continue, what is your ID number? (Required by the hospitals for volunteering purposes)
02352338
Thank you very much, Neta. Just to be sure, what is your gender? I’m asking because it will help me provide you with the correct forms.
Male
Great, thanks! I am also attaching a very simple form regarding the absence of sex offenses, which you can have signed through a quick process at your nearest police station.
I am emailing you all the forms now with precise instructions. Once we receive all the signed forms, we will invite you to the first volunteer meeting, and from there, you will begin your volunteering 🎉☀️
I really enjoyed our conversation, and welcome to the Project Sunshine family ♥️
First
Hi again, how are things? How is it going with the forms, are you managing okay?
Hi - I've printed them - I'll go over everything during the holiday - in principle, I'm already vaccinated - I got vaccinated 3 months ago
That's great, thanks for the update! If you've been vaccinated recently, it should definitely make the process easier. Mention it at the hospital's vaccination clinic, and they will sign the form for you.
If you need any help or further explanation regarding the process, I'm here.
Thanks, I'll keep you posted
Happy to help! 😊

Agent Linoy - Lobby 99
Yesterday
Hi Elisha, I'm Linoy (not Linor 😊), the AI bot for Lobby99. I see you've been interested in joining us over the last few days, and I'd be happy to provide more details. For 9 years, we have been achieving tremendous results for the public, working at full throttle to protect every citizen's pocketbook, and doing everything possible to prevent serious backroom deals that occur due to a lack of public attention, which is exploited by tycoons and corporations.
I would love to write you a bit more, is that okay?
I have some reservations about the words of the woman I saw in the ad—I don't know her name.
I got the impression that she has socialist views, and I tend to lean more toward capitalist views. That is why I have put my support for Lobby99 on hold until I can look into it more deeply—what is behind the lobby, the people, and their political and social views?
Thank you for sharing your thoughts so honestly; it is very important for us to hear every concern and hesitation. The woman you saw in the ad is likely Linor Deutsch, the CEO of Lobby99. Regarding the organization's worldview: Lobby99 is an independent organization, non-partisan, and not affiliated with any particular political side. Our goal is to promote the broad public interest, regardless of right or left, capitalism or socialism.
The issues we address are chosen through democratic votes by all our members, who come from all across the political and social spectrum. We focus primarily on protecting the public's pocketbook, transparency, fighting corruption, and safeguarding natural resources—not out of a specific economic ideology, but out of a desire for the state to be run for the benefit of all citizens.
Does the lobby also work on the privatization of the car market in Israel? Currently, about five families hold the car import market in their hands. That is why I believe cars here are very expensive.
That's a really important question! I don't currently have information on any specific Lobby99 activity regarding the privatization of the car market or the concentration of power in car imports. However, I do know that we generally work on issues related to the cost of living, import reforms, and increasing market competition—including the inclusion of hundreds of products in the import reform to lower prices for the public.
If the issue of the car market is raised as a proposal by our members, it can certainly be reviewed and prioritized in our democratic votes. Every issue we promote is chosen by the members themselves.
If you'd like, I can pass your question on to a team member to see if anything is planned in this area, or to consider submitting it as a proposal for future activity.
What do you think?
No need for now. I would be happy to receive a list of the topics you handled over the past year. And an example of how you managed to make an impact?
With pleasure! Here are a few examples of issues we handled over the past year, along with examples of real impact:
We stopped efforts by corporations and tycoons to receive hundreds of millions in compensation as war victims – which would have come at the public's expense.
We saved 2.6 billion shekels for pension savers over the next five years.
We helped pass a legal amendment that caused ICL to pay an additional 1.78 billion NIS in taxes – money that goes back to the state.
We worked to include 600 products in the import reform, which is expected to save billions and lower prices.
We continue to fight for the state's share of Dead Sea profits, so that this resource remains for the public and does not disappear.
All these topics and many others were chosen by the members of the lobby, and our successes are thanks to their support.
You can see a full breakdown of all our achievements and topics here:
https://lobby99.org.il/achievements/
If there is a specific area that interests you, I would be happy to elaborate!
No. I'm just trying to get an impression of Lobby 99's activities.
That's wonderful 🦄 Those are excellent and important questions! Is there another area of activity that we aren't currently handling that you would like to promote?
Today
Hi! I'm reaching out again, as I understand it didn't work out for you to chat last time. By the way, if you'd prefer that we don't contact you anymore, it's important for us to know. Would you like us to continue?
Why 99? In the organization's name
What a great question!
The name "Lobby99" was chosen because it symbolizes the idea that we work for the 99% of the public – everyone who isn't part of the top one percent or the major capital holders.
The goal is to represent the interests of the vast majority of citizens, rather than a small group with power and influence.
If you're curious about anything else regarding our name or anything else, I'd be happy to answer!
Thanks for the information. I want to set up a recurring monthly donation; how do I do that?
Please send me a link
Great, it's really exciting that you've decided to join and support Lobby99! Here is the link where you can join and choose a monthly donation: https://bit.ly/4hvryZN
I'm so happy for your support; it really helps us continue our work for the public. Is it working for you?
It worked, thanks
Wonderful 🦄 We're so glad you joined us! And thank you for your interest – we truly don't take it for granted.
Have a great day!

Matti - The Wrap-Around
Hi Matti, I would like a price quote for food stalls/food trucks for an event with 120 people
Hello! I would be happy to help with a price quote for food stalls for an event with 120 guests. We have a variety of food stalls – meat, dairy, parve, and sweet.
What are you interested in? (You can select multiple types)
Meat, dairy, parve, or sweet?
Do you have fish, or only meat?

Sure! We have some really delicious fish and chips😋
What else is there? Kosher required
All our stands are kosher under the supervision of the Rishon LeZion Rabbinate.
Our meat and vegetarian selection includes:
Hamburger stand
Hot dog stand
Shawarma stand
Arayes stand
Chili con carne stand
BBQ
Fish and chips (vegetarian)
Turkish burekas stand
Lahmacun stand
Fricassé stand
Toastie stand
Burekas stand
Sabich stand
Druze pita stand
Shakshuka stand
Falafel station
Malawach station
Soup station
Corn station
Is there a specific station that interests you in particular, or would you like to combine several stations?
If you have a preference for certain types of dishes or a specific style, I would be happy to know so I can refine the proposal.
Mix a few types :)
Great, you can combine several stations of your choice.
It is usually recommended to choose 3-4 main stations for an event of this size to allow for variety and avoid congestion.
Do you have a preference for specific stations from the list, or would you like me to suggest a popular combination for similar events?
Falafel, hamburger, fish and chips, and something with more vegetables
Your choice is clear. Here is a suggested combination based on your request:
Falafel station
Hamburger station
Fish and chips station
Vegetable station – You can choose between a shakshuka station, a soup station, or add grilled vegetables as part of the "grill" station (which also includes grilled vegetables).
Which vegetable option works best for you?
Shakshuka, soups, or grilled vegetables?
Grilled vegetables
Got it, we'll add grilled vegetables as part of the "Grill" stand.
To summarize, the proposal includes:
Falafel stand
Hamburger stand
Fish and chips stand
Grill stand (including grilled vegetables)
Just to refine the quote – would you like the price for each stand separately, or a total quote for the entire event?
Also, do you need dessert or drink stands?
Each stand separately
No desserts or drinks
Shawarma instead of vegetables would be better
Can I see some photos?
Sure!

Below are the prices for your selected stands (prices include staff, equipment, ingredients, delivery, and full service):
Falafel stand: 3,000 NIS + VAT (suitable for 60 guests; an additional stand or other food stations must be added to accommodate 120 guests)
Hamburger stand: 50 NIS + VAT per serving, 50-serving minimum
Fish and chips stand: 3,000 NIS + VAT (suitable for 60 guests; an additional stand or other food stations must be added to accommodate 120 guests)
Shawarma stand: 75 NIS + VAT per serving, 50-serving minimum
For 120 guests, we typically combine stands so that each guest receives one serving from each, or we select main stands and add side dishes.
Would you like me to calculate an example of how to divide the stands for 120 guests?
Or do you have a preference for how the servings are divided?
Please list prices including VAT
Below are the prices for your selected stands, including VAT:
Falafel stand: 3,510 NIS (suitable for 60 guests; an additional stand or other food stations must be added to accommodate 120 guests)
Hamburger stand: 58.5 NIS per serving, 50-serving minimum
Fish and chips stand: 3,510 NIS (suitable for 60 guests; an additional stand or other food stations must be added to accommodate 120 guests)
Shawarma stand: 87.75 NIS per serving, 50-serving minimum
If you'd like, I can calculate a total proposal for you based on a specific distribution of portions between the stands.
Do you have a preference for a specific distribution, or would you like me to suggest a standard one for 120 participants?
Standard distribution
For events with 120 participants, it is usually recommended to distribute the portions so that each participant can choose one main stand, while also offering free sides (for example, falafel as a free side alongside the main stands).
Would you like to proceed with this proposal, or are adjustments needed?

Tziona - The Fourth Quarter
What can you tell me?
Hi, my name is Tziona and I'm an activist with the Fourth Quarter. Have you heard of us?
Hi, yes, I'm a member of the organization. I wanted to hear about the proposal to change the rules of the game for Israeli democracy
How wonderful! The Fourth Quarter has been working for a long time on a plan to resolve the constitutional crisis in Israel. The framework itself was built through a long, collaborative process, with the participation of legal experts, public figures, and people from all walks of society – out of a desire to find a balanced solution based on listening and broad consensus. The framework is divided into three main tiers: 1. Establishing balanced constitutional rules of the game between the branches ("the tourniquet"). 2. Strengthening the Knesset and limiting the power of the government, including changing the electoral system. 3. Anchoring a Bill of Rights and defining the identity of the state – a new constitutional balance. Is there a specific topic that interests you in particular, or would you like me to present the tiers in order?
I would like you to present them in order.
With pleasure. Let's start with the first tier – the "tourniquet." This tier focuses on stopping the immediate crisis by establishing clear rules of the game between the branches of government. The main topics in this tier are: 1. Enacting Basic Law: Legislation – establishing a special process and a broad majority for Basic Laws, so that the rules of the game cannot be easily changed. 2. A new Judicial Selection Committee – combining a professional majority with broad public representation. 3. Regulation and limitation of judicial review of laws and government decisions – only in specific panels and with a qualified majority. 4. Regulating the status of the Attorney General – balancing the independence of the legal counsel with the government's responsibility. Would you like me to elaborate on one of these topics, or move on to the second tier?
Yes. What will be in the new Basic Law: Legislation?
In the proposal for the first tier, Basic Law: Legislation will establish a special process with a broad majority for approving or amending Basic Laws, so that the rules of the game cannot be easily changed. There are two main options: 1. Legislation in three readings with a majority of 70 MKs, and then a fourth reading – either with a majority of 75 MKs (or 72, including 10 from the opposition), or in the next Knesset with a majority of 70. 2. An option to approve a Basic Law with a majority of 61 MKs, but with the addition of a referendum requiring a 60% majority of voters. Additionally, the court will not be able to strike down Basic Laws (except for laws concerning elections), and there will be a period of time for public debate before each stage of legislation. How does that sound to you? Is there a specific point you would like to delve into?
A few questions: 1. How will we hold a reliable referendum? 2. Why not allow the court to strike down Basic Laws if they are racist, undemocratic, unreasonable, or contradict previous laws? 3. What is the timeframe provided for public debate?
Excellent questions. I will answer them in order: 1. Regarding a referendum – the framework stipulates that the referendum will be held on the final version of the Basic Law as approved by the Knesset, so that every citizen knows exactly what they are voting for. There is no further detail in the framework regarding the implementation mechanism of the referendum, but the intention is to ensure a transparent and clear process. 2. According to the framework, the Supreme Court will not be able to strike down Basic Laws, except in cases of flaws in the legislative process or if they concern election laws. The rationale is that the fundamental rules should be set by broad consensus of public representatives, not by judicial decision. 3. Timeframe for public debate: A minimum period of 3 months will be set between the first and second readings, and at least another 3 months between the third and fourth readings, to allow for in-depth public discussion and proposals from the public. If you would like to delve deeper into one of these points, I would be happy to elaborate.
1. Is the idea to hold a referendum during elections like the Knesset elections? Or digitally? Who will determine the wording of the questions for the referendum? 2. In other words, is there no way to stop a racist Basic Law that discriminates against part of the people if there is a majority of Knesset members who support it?
1. The framework does not specify how a referendum would actually be conducted (whether via ballot box, digital, or otherwise), nor who would draft the question. It does emphasize that the vote would be on the final version of the Basic Law as approved by the Knesset, to prevent manipulation of the wording. It is likely that when the framework is translated into law, these technical details will be settled. 2. Indeed, according to the framework, if a Basic Law passes with the required majority or via referendum, the court will not be able to strike it down, except for procedural flaws or if it pertains to elections. The assumption is that the broad majority required, or a referendum, provides sufficient protection against extreme legislation. Do you have a specific concern regarding such an arrangement? Or would you have expected to see an additional mechanism here?
That seems acceptable. Let's move on to the next matter regarding the first tier: the Judicial Selection Committee.
I'd be happy to. The proposal suggests a new Judicial Selection Committee, consisting of 14 members: the Minister of Justice, the President of the Supreme Court, and 12 experts (retired judges, rabbinical judges, Qadis, or law professors). Every 10 Knesset members will be able to join together and select an expert for the committee, creating a diverse committee that reflects the worldviews of the entire public. Appointing a Supreme Court justice will require the consent of 9 out of the 14 committee members, including at least 8 of the experts. Would you like me to elaborate on the diversity mechanism or the committee's decision-making process?
Does this mean that the only Knesset representative on the committee is the Minister of Justice?
Not exactly. While the Minister of Justice and the President of the Supreme Court sit on the committee, the majority of the members are 12 experts selected by the Knesset members: every 10 MKs join together to select one expert. In this way, the Knesset directly influences the composition of the committee through the selection of experts, rather than just through the Minister of Justice. Would you like to know more about how the experts are selected or about the balance mechanisms on the committee?
Tell me about how the experts are selected
Absolutely. Any 10 Knesset members can join together to select an expert for the committee (a retired judge, a rabbinical judge, a Qadi, or a law professor). This creates a diverse committee, as different groups in the Knesset can choose experts who represent their worldviews. If there are Knesset members who have not joined a group, they will select the remaining experts through an internal vote. If a group of 10 MKs does not participate, the President of the State will appoint the missing expert. The experts are selected for one term only, and they are prohibited from discussing appointments with the MKs who selected them. There is also a requirement for gender balance on the committee. Would you like to hear about the decision-making process or the additional diversity mechanisms?
How is gender balance achieved on the committee?
Gender balance on the committee is ensured as follows: out of the 12 experts, there must be a ratio of at least 7:5 between women and men (or vice versa). If, for example, 7 experts of the same gender have already been selected, all 5 remaining experts must be of the other gender. This prevents a situation where all experts are of the same gender and ensures significant representation for both.
So, if 7 groups of 10 Knesset members have managed to organize and agree on 7 male experts, the remaining Knesset members have no choice but to select female experts?
Exactly. If 7 male experts have already been selected, all 5 remaining experts must be women. This means that groups wishing to select a candidate of a specific gender need to act quickly, because once the gender quota is filled, the remaining spots are reserved for the other gender. This ensures true gender balance on the committee.
Can the experts also be rabbis without a legal background?
No. According to the framework, the experts can only be retired judges, retired dayanim, retired qadis, or law professors. In other words, rabbis without a legal background cannot be elected as committee members. If you would like, I can elaborate on the additional criteria for experts.
Rabbis can be dayanim, right?
That is correct, absolutely. Rabbis who are also retired dayanim (meaning they served as dayanim in a rabbinical court) can be elected as committee members, because retired dayanim are included in the list of experts according to the framework. Rabbis without experience as dayanim are not included, but rabbis who served as dayanim are.
Even though they don't have a law degree or a legal background?
Yes, retired dayanim (rabbinical judges) can be elected as committee members even if they do not have a law degree. The framework stipulates that experts can be retired dayanim, retired qadis, retired judges, or law professors—and a law degree is not required for dayanim or qadis. The main point is that they served in an official judicial capacity.
Tell me about the decision-making process and additional diversity mechanisms
Gladly. 1. Appointing a Supreme Court justice requires the consent of 9 out of 14 committee members, at least 8 of whom must be experts. 2. Appointments to other courts (Magistrate and District) require a majority of 8 out of 14, at least 7 of whom must be experts. 3. There is an emphasis on gender diversity (as I mentioned earlier), as well as identity diversity—thanks to the selection method, it is likely that there will also be representatives from the Arab and Haredi sectors on the committee. 4. The experts are elected for one term only, and they are prohibited from discussing appointments with the Members of Knesset who elected them, in order to ensure independence. 5. Professional recommendations will be presented to the committee, and the names of the candidates will be published in advance to receive public comments. Would you like to delve into one of these points?
How often will the committee convene?
The framework does not set a fixed timeframe for convening the committee. However, if the Minister of Justice does not convene the committee, committee members who have a majority for an appointment will be able to convene it themselves. The intention is to ensure that the committee can operate regularly and is not dependent solely on the initiative of the Minister of Justice.
What happens if there is no majority in the committee that convenes, the Minister of Justice does not convene the committee, but there is a need to appoint new judges?
In such a situation, if there is no majority in the committee to appoint a specific candidate and the Minister of Justice does not convene the committee, the framework does not specify an additional mechanism for convening it. The clause that allows committee members to convene it themselves applies only when they have a majority for an appointment. It is possible that when the framework is translated into law, a solution for such situations will also be provided.
Is there a way to contact the initiators of the framework and raise this issue with them?
Yes, absolutely. You can contact the initiators of the framework via email at info@q4israel.org.il and raise this issue or any other suggestion/comment you may have. They are happy to receive feedback from the public and consider suggestions for improvement. If you'd like, I can help you draft the inquiry.
Let's save this topic of the committee's convening time for an email later on. I would be happy to continue delving into the framework and consolidate all the points together. Is there anything else you haven't said about the Judicial Selection Committee?
I presented the main points of the proposal regarding the committee: 1. Committee composition (14 members, most of whom are experts elected by the Knesset). 2. Diversity mechanisms (gender, identity, professional). 3. Decision-making process (qualified majority, requirement for experts). 4. Expert independence (single term, prohibition of political ties). 5. Possibility for the committee to convene on its members' initiative. Furthermore, the framework emphasizes that the committee will utilize professional staff, publish candidate names in advance, and operate transparently. If you'd like, we can move on to the next topic in the first step—how the court can strike down laws and government decisions. Shall we continue?
Yes
Once the court strikes down a law, there are two main options: 1. The Knesset can re-enact the law with amendments based on the court's comments, and then the court can deliberate again in an expanded panel. 2. The Knesset can re-enact the law exactly as it was, but only through a special procedure like that of a Basic Law—in which case the law will be immune from judicial review (unless it concerns elections). This creates a constitutional dialogue between the branches and encourages broad consensus. Would you like to hear about a "yellow card" or the striking down of government decisions?

If you have a preference for certain types of dishes or a specific style, I would be happy to know so I can refine the proposal.
Mix a few types :)
Great, you can combine several stands of your choice.
It is usually recommended to choose 3-4 main stands for an event of this size to provide variety and prevent congestion.
To summarize, the quote includes:
Falafel stand
Hamburger stand
Fish and chips stand
Grill stand (including grilled vegetables)
Just to refine the quote – would you like the price for each stand separately, or a total quote for the entire event?
In addition, do you need dessert or drink stands?
Each stand separately
No desserts or drinks
Shawarma is better than vegetables
Can I see some photos?
Sure!

Below are the prices for your selected stands (prices include staff, equipment, ingredients, transport, and full service):
Would you like me to calculate an example of how to distribute the stands for 120 guests?
Or do you have a preference for how the servings are divided?
Please provide prices including VAT
Below are the prices for your selected stands, including VAT:
Falafel stand: 3,510 NIS (suitable for 60 guests; an additional stand or other food stations must be added to accommodate 120 guests)
Hamburger stand: 58.5 NIS per serving, 50-serving minimum
Fish and chips stand: 3,510 NIS (suitable for 60 guests; an additional stand or other food stations must be added to accommodate 120 guests)
Shawarma stand: 87.75 NIS per serving, 50-serving minimum
If you'd like, I can calculate a total proposal for you based on a specific distribution of servings between the stands.
Do you have a preference for a specific distribution, or would you like me to suggest a standard one for 120 participants?
Standard distribution
For events with 120 participants, we usually recommend distributing the servings so that each participant can choose one main stand, while also offering free sides (for example, falafel as a free side alongside the main stands).
Here is an example of a standard distribution:
Hamburger stand: 60 servings × 58.5 NIS = 3,510 NIS
Shawarma stand: 60 servings × 87.75 NIS = 5,265 NIS
Fish and chips stand: Full stand for 60 participants = 3,510 NIS
Falafel stand: Full stand for 60 participants = 3,510 NIS
Total (for 120 participants, each participant chooses one main stand):
3,510 + 5,265 + 3,510 + 3,510 = 15,795 NIS
If you want each participant to be able to choose more than one stand, the quantities should be increased accordingly.
Would you like to move forward with this proposal, or are adjustments needed?
If this is relevant, we can proceed to collect the event details.
Calculate 100 hamburger servings
70 falafel
90 fish and chips
100 shawarma
Below is the calculation based on the quantities you requested (including VAT):
Hamburger stand: 100 servings × 58.5 NIS = 5,850 NIS
Falafel stand: 3,510 NIS (full stand for 70 participants; the price is fixed per stand for up to 60 servings. For 70 servings, please coordinate with a representative, but I will calculate based on one full stand)
Fish and chips stand: 3,510 NIS (full stand for 60 participants; for 90 servings, please coordinate with a representative, but I will calculate based on two stands: 2 × 3,510 = 7,020 NIS)
Shawarma stand: 100 servings × 87.75 NIS = 8,775 NIS
Subtotal:
Hamburger: 5,850 NIS
Falafel: 3,510 NIS
Fish and chips: 7,020 NIS
Shawarma: 8,775 NIS
Total: 25,155 NIS

Sophie - Agenda Financial Solutions
Hi Or, good evening 🌿 I’m Sophie, an AI representative for the Agenda Financial Solutions service team. I’ve reviewed your data and wanted to let you know that it’s time to schedule a periodic service meeting with Amit Asher, who manages your account, to ensure optimal performance.
I want to emphasize that there is potential for several changes to your portfolio that could have a significant impact down the road. May I send you a brief note about it?
Hi, what do you think? I promise to keep it brief. May I explain the purpose of the meeting?
Sorry, I missed your message
No problem at all, thanks for getting back to me! 😊
Just a quick reminder—I’ve reviewed your data and noticed there’s room to explore improvements to your insurance and pension portfolio that could significantly impact your financial future.
Would you like me to briefly explain what we can review together?
Yes, I'd like to know the purpose of the meeting
My pleasure!
The purpose of the periodic service meeting is to ensure your portfolio is perfectly tailored to your current needs and to see if existing terms can be improved.
During the meeting, we check, among other things:
Whether it's possible to lower management fees and save money over time
Adjusting investment tracks and pension products
Updating insurance coverage based on life changes (family, work, health status)
Ensuring your savings and insurance policies are truly working in your favor
Taking advantage of tax benefits or recently introduced upgrades
It's a review that doesn't require any changes, but sometimes even a small update can add up to tens of thousands of shekels in the future and provide a lot of peace of mind.

Roza - Roza Reich, CPA
Hi Yaroslav,
The deadline for filing the 2023 annual report is here. We have prepared a short preparatory questionnaire – it takes about 15 minutes. You will be asked to attach documents, including proof of your spouse's income and any additional income as an employee (if applicable). There is no need to re-upload expenses you have already sent.
To fill out the questionnaire:
https://rozareich.com/התחלת-תהליך-שליחת-דוח-שנתי
Hello. I can't open the link, perhaps because I'm in India. I'll be back on May 8th – can I fill it out once I'm back?
Yes, no problem filling it out when you return to the country. Have a great trip!
Thank you so much!
I'm back 😀 If I am an exempt dealer, do I need to provide documents for private insurance or purchases? And what is a "withholding tax certificate"?
As an exempt dealer, there is no need to submit personal expenses like insurance or shopping – they are not tax-deductible. A "withholding tax certificate" is received from clients who are required to withhold tax from payments made to you. If you worked with companies or public entities, they should provide you with such a certificate. If no tax was withheld from you, there is no need to submit anything.
Thank you very much
I received a letter from the National Insurance Institute. Do I pay through you or directly?
National Insurance contributions are paid directly to the National Insurance Institute. We can help you review the demand to ensure you aren't being charged twice.
I received a payment demand for 8,000 NIS, but I have been an employee since July and have already submitted my pay slips. I am attaching the letter here.
📎 letter_354.pdf
Thank you for your letter. If you became an employee in July, the balance should only cover January through June. We recommend submitting your pay slips and the payment demand you received to the National Insurance Institute so they can correct the balance.
There is a mistake here – I paid the entire 2023 balance via standing order. I have attached the receipt.
📎 receipt_54390.pdf
Thanks for receiving them. This confirms there is no debt for 2023. We will update the National Insurance Institute that the relevant debt is only for January–June 2024.
Attaching two more documents from their system here.
📎 document_02.pdf
📎 document_03.pdf
We have received the documents. We will forward them to the National Insurance Institute to ensure your status as self-employed was terminated in July and that your employer has been paying for you since then. We will update you as soon as we receive a response.

Sunny - Project Sunshine
Hi Neta 👋 I'm Sunny, a digital representative for Project Sunshine.
Neta *****
Nice to meet you! How old are you? And where are you from?
Hadera, 42
Thanks. Let me tell you a little bit about us:
Sunshine Project is an international non-profit operating in the US, Canada, Kenya, and Israel. In Israel, we operate in five medical centers.
We work exclusively with children of all ages and from all backgrounds. In hospitals, our volunteers go from bed to bed with a cart full of arts and crafts, games, and more, engaging with each child in whatever way suits them best. In preschools, we work alongside the staff, using games, crafts, storytelling, and personal connection to engage with the children.
Our activity locations are:
- You must attend a one-time 3-hour training session, which also takes place on Fridays.
- According to Ministry of Health guidelines, everyone volunteering in hospitals must complete a vaccination protocol. This requires a visit to a vaccination clinic with your vaccination record, and we will explain exactly how to do that.
Does everything look good to you so far?
Yes
I'm not sure if I have a vaccination record
That is perfectly fine, it happens to many people!
If you don't have a vaccination record, simply ask your family doctor for a referral for a blood test to check for antibodies. Bring the test results to the vaccination clinic, and that will serve as a substitute for the record.
Is that okay with you?
Great
Excellent 😊 I'd love to hear a little about you—have you volunteered in any capacity before?
Yes, I volunteered and instructed at Magen David Adom for about 4 years.
Okay, great! It looks like we have a match 😀
The next step is paperwork—I'm sending you a few forms via email with detailed instructions on how to fill everything out. It requires a bit of work, but it will allow us to ensure the children receive safe and quality care, and it will enable you to join our wonderful group of volunteers 💝
What is your email address?
removed@removed.com
Thanks! And before we continue, what is your ID number? (Required by the hospitals for volunteering purposes)
********
Thanks, Neta. Just to be sure, what is your gender? I'm asking because it will help me provide you with the correct forms.
Male
Excellent, thanks! So I'm also attaching a very simple form regarding the absence of sexual offenses, which you can get signed through a quick process at your nearest police station.
I am emailing you all the forms now with precise instructions. Once we receive all the signed forms, we will invite you to the first volunteer orientation, and from there, you'll start volunteering 🎉☀️
I really enjoyed our conversation, and welcome to the Project Sunshine family ♥️
Sunday
Hi again, how are things? How is it going with the forms, are you managing okay?
Hi - I've printed them out - I'll go over everything during the holiday - in principle, I'm already vaccinated - I got my shots 3 months ago
That's great, thanks for the update! If you've been vaccinated recently, it should definitely make the process easier. Just mention it at the hospital's vaccination clinic, and they will sign the form for you.
If you need any help or further explanation regarding the process, I'm here.
Thanks, I'll keep you posted
My pleasure! 😊

Agent Linoy - Lobby 99
Yesterday
Hi Elisha, I'm Linoy (not Linor 😊), the AI bot for Lobby99. I see you've been interested in joining us over the last few days, and I would be happy to provide more details. For 9 years, we have been delivering tremendous achievements for the public, working at full throttle to protect every citizen's wallet, and doing everything possible to prevent serious backroom deals that happen due to a lack of public attention, which is exploited by wealthy individuals and corporations.
I would love to write a bit more to you, is that okay?
I have some reservations about the words of the woman I saw in the ad—I don't know her name(?).
I got the impression that she holds socialist views, and I tend to lean more toward capitalist views. That is why I have put my support for Lobby99 on hold until I can look into it more deeply—what is behind the lobby, the people, and their political and social views?
Thank you for sharing your thoughts so honestly; it is truly important for us to hear every concern and hesitation. The woman you saw in the ad is likely Linor Deutsch, the CEO of Lobby99. Regarding the organization's worldview—Lobby99 is an independent organization, non-partisan and not affiliated with any political side. Our goal is to promote the broad public interest, regardless of right or left, capitalism or socialism.
The issues we address are chosen through democratic votes by all our members, who come from across the entire political and social spectrum. We focus primarily on protecting the public's wallet, transparency, fighting corruption, and preserving natural resources—not out of any specific economic ideology, but out of a desire for the state to be run for the benefit of all citizens.
Does the lobby also work on the issue of privatizing the automotive market in Israel? Currently, there are about five families that hold car imports to Israel in their hands. That is why I think cars here are very expensive.
That is a very important question! Currently, I do not have information on specific Lobby99 activity regarding the privatization of the automotive market or concentration in car imports, but I do know that in general, we work on issues of the cost of living, import reforms, and increasing market competition—including adding hundreds of products to the import reform to lower prices for the public.
If the automotive market issue is raised as a proposal by our members, it can certainly be examined and prioritized in our democratic votes. Every issue we promote is chosen by the members themselves.
If you would like, we can forward your question to a team member to check if anything is planned in this area, or to consider raising it as a proposal for future activity.
What do you think?
No need for now. I would love to receive a list of the issues you handled in the past year. And an example of how you managed to make an impact?
With pleasure! Here are a few examples of issues we handled over the past year, along with examples of real impact:
We stopped efforts by corporations and tycoons to receive hundreds of millions in compensation as war victims—which would have come at the public's expense.
We saved 2.6 billion shekels for pension savers over the next five years.
We helped pass a legal amendment that caused ICL to pay an additional 1.78 billion NIS in taxes—money that goes back to the state.
We worked to include 600 products in the import reform, which is expected to save billions and lower prices.
We continue to fight for the state's share of Dead Sea profits, ensuring this resource remains for the public and does not disappear.
All these issues and many others were chosen by our members, and these successes are thanks to their support.
You can see a full breakdown of all our achievements and topics here:
https://lobby99.org.il/achievements/
If there is a specific area you are interested in, I would be happy to elaborate!
The name "Lobby99" was chosen because it symbolizes the idea that we work for the 99% of the public – everyone who isn't part of the top one percent or the major capital holders.
The goal is to represent the interests of the vast majority of citizens, rather than a small group with power and influence.
If you're curious about anything else regarding the name or anything else at all, I'd be happy to answer!
Thanks for the information. I would like to set up a recurring monthly donation; how do I do that?
Please send me a link
Excellent, it's really exciting that you've decided to join and support Lobby 99! Here is the link where you can join and choose a monthly donation: https://bit.ly/4hvryZN
I'm very happy for your support; it really helps us continue working for the public. Is it working for you?
I succeeded, thanks
Wonderful 🦄 We're so glad you joined us! And thank you for your interest – we truly don't take it for granted.
Have a great day!
