A new, modern website for the ERAN association
A website that serves as a safe haven for those in emotional distress
ERAN approached us to design and develop a new website—a site that would serve as a safe, inclusive space for anyone experiencing emotional distress. Our shared goal was to make it as easy as possible for users to get in touch with the organization's team immediately, which can be a significant challenge for people in various emotional states, especially during times of severe crisis.

Challenges
Complex design for a diverse audience
The main challenge was to make sensitive, potentially complex emotional content accessible to the general public while maintaining an inclusive experience that allows people to reach out for help with confidence. At the core of our challenge was building an inviting, pleasant website that is also easy to manage with limited resources.
Solution Approach
Guiding principles of empathy, clarity, accessibility, and simplicity
We approached the challenge with the belief that the user experience must emphasize a sense of safety and support. We focused on simplifying the process as much as possible, prioritizing clear navigation and straightforward calls to action to facilitate immediate requests for help.

Result
Clear messaging through color, form, and content
A new, colorful, and welcoming website, built on WordPress and Elementor, that successfully reaches a diverse audience. It evokes feelings of comfort and security while allowing the organization's team to easily manage content independently. The site serves the association's primary mission: saving lives and providing immediate support to those who need it most.
